Dear "Zum Wohl" guests,

We are very happy to welcome you - in the only 100% gluten- and lactose-free restaurant in Vienna.

We would also like to introduce you to some of our main beverage suppliers such as BRAUEREI GUSSWERK from Salzburg, whose owner and main brewmaster “Reini” Barter enables us to offer the only 100% gluten-free draft beer in Europe. Of course also organic and unfiltered - so almost medicine.

For hot drinks, we rely on the wonderful organic and fair trade certified Zum Wohl coffee from the ALT WIEN roastery and the wonderful tea blends from DEMMERS TEEHAUS.

With sparkling wine, you can taste the extraordinary sparkling wine specialties of the traditional Austrian sparkling wine producer SZIGETI.

The ORGANIC OBSTBAUER FILIPP provides us with delicious juice variations - naturally organic, often of a single variety and without preservatives.

In addition to our great wine partners such as the GUTMAYER winery, the NECKENMARKT winegrowers and the DÜRNBERG winery, you can also discover changing Austrian wines with us.

We are always happy to receive feedback, suggestions for improvement and requests.
